Rent a Room & Make an Offer

ONE|Riverside flows like a schoolhouse, where multiple events are offered in various rooms simultaneously. Our typical day is laid out in four 2-hour blocks where events start at 9am, 11am, 1pm, and 3pm (except Friday which only has 9am and 11am blocks before Homebase Care & Community Potluck).

Event Facilitators (those making an offering) are responsible for setting their own prices and event boundaries. Some will choose for events to only be open to certain Levels of The Game, some for Members-only, and many will be available to new participants to apply for Event Membership.

All Event Members will be checked-in by the Front of House Manager and given a 10-minute orientation to The Riverside Building (and a teaser for The Game) starting on the hour. This gives facilitators time to transition their room from the previous event to their desired layout. All facilitators are responsible for setup and cleanup of the space, so you will always have either two sets of hands or extra time if the room was empty prior to your offering. We encourage facilitators to request support from existing Members through the ONE|Boulder App as we all learn how to better serve and support together!

Event Facilitators are also responsible for ensuring their event participants arrive and depart on time. You may want to enroll a Timekeeper for your event as it can be easy to lose track of time while presenting content or facilitating an experience. After the orientation, Event Facilitators guide participants to the appropriate room and ensure participants exit the building after the event. If any Event Members have opted-in to becoming Day Members, the Front of House Manager becomes their sponsor for the rest of the day.

Room Rentals

Three rooms are available for Members to rent for events or private use during our open hours. Rentals are always in 2hour blocks starting at 9am, 11am, 1pm, or 3pm.

ONE|Riverside Rental Rates for Members & Players: The Agora Room (max occupancy = 100 sitting or standing) For Event: $120/2hr block ***For Private Use: $200/2hr block

The Loft (max occupancy = 30 sitting, 50 standing ) For Event: $80/2hr block ***For Private Use: $140/2hr block

The Creek Room (max occupancy = 15 sitting, 20 standing) For Event: $60/2hr block ***For Private Use: $100/2hr block

***As we experiment with doing things differently, we are allowing for rooms to be reserved at a higher rate for private use. These rates are still close to a 50% discount from standard booking rates at The Riverside. Private use takes this area of the building out of play for other Members, whereas offering a workshop or event adds value to other Members. We intend to explore how this impacts our community and where we land in terms of open/private use over the coming months.

The Events Booking Model

Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out, we want to empower our Members to step into their greatest leadership. If you feel passionate about sharing your wisdom or a powerful experience with other Members, we are here to support you in doing so. As a growing community, we are here to practice sharing risk and reward and make new possibilities feel more accessible.

While there is a "Buy it Now" rate for rooms, we also offer Custom Agreements. In both cases, whatever % of the "Buy it Now" price you pay, that equals the % Revenue that you will receive from your event. As Event Facilitator, you set your own minimums (in $USD and in points) for your offering and determine your own boundaries (who your offering is available to, codes of conduct, etc).

To further share risk and reward, a minimum of 20% of available spots must be available for points*** for existing Players and events are shared on the ONE|Boulder App 48 hours prior to going live with a public FB event. This FB event is created by ONE|Boulder with content that you provide to us and is co-hosted by you. By promoting together our hope is to help you reach more people with your offering!

***Event Facilitators may offer more spots for points to Players at their discretion. This is a great option for those who would like to increase attendance to their events as it makes it easier for Players to attend.***
