Since you've found your way here, chances are you're already playing The Game. Somewhere along the way you remembered that community matters - that we came here to support one another, to rise and grow together in community, and to show up in service to make life better for everyone. We were never meant to live isolated, disconnected lives or to struggle to survive and forget our calling. We were meant to live together, support one another, and THRIVE!

The Game: Growing the Commons is an opportunity to practice living differently. It is an invitation to join a community that plays in the kind of world we know in our hearts is possible; to share our gifts, be meaningfully supported in return, and collectively move towards more fulfilling expressions of ourselves and our work in the world. Here we turn our passions into our professions and our daily lives into a great adventure. By coming together in mutual aid, we discover deeper and more fulfilling experiences of work, play, and purpose. In short, we create better lives for ourselves and each other.

The reality is, we can choose to play a living game of our own creation - one where we learn and grow together, personally and professionally, and do so in our homebase in downtown Boulder. We are a community of practice creating a culture of mentorship, regenerative living, contributionism, commoning, compassionate care, personal responsibility, emergent leadership, collective ceremony & celebration, and mutual respect - and we are becoming a natural attractor for profit by putting people, planet, passion, and points first.

This is an infinite game. The goal is not to win - it is to keep playing. while unlocking new levels by contributing and inviting more inspired people to play! Together we can create a more beautiful world, one where we are able to more fully activate our soul's purpose and create the conditions for a thriving future. We hold that there is a better way forward. A life of high integrity and positive impact is possible and we aim to make it the new normal.
