The Riverside Building

Our weekday Home in the Heart of the City

Located at the intersection of Broadway, Arapahoe, and Boulder Creek The Riverside is a beautiful and iconic building in the heart of downtown Boulder. With three unique floors to create on, a rooftop deck, a creekside patio, and our sister building next door, The Urban Farm Stand. This location serves as the perfect environment for all kinds of community activities.

Mondays through Fridays from 9am-5pm, The Riverside is home to ONE|Riverside Private Membership Club. It is also the Coordination Base for ONE|Boulder and home to Riverside Events who hosts private events on evenings (after 5) and weekends. This is our home in the heart of the city and, rumor has it, might even be the center of the vortex in Boulder ;)

The Rooms

The Cafe is our main co-working space and Coffee Bar.

The Agora Room is the main event space of the Riverside. It can be rented by players to host daily/weekly events or workshops. When not booked for an offering, this room will also be open for co-working and co-creation.

The Patio is another great place to co-work or have meetings while enjoying the outdoors and sounds of the roaring river.

The Creek Room overlooks Boulder Creek and is made of mostly glass windows. It fits mid-sized teams and can be rented for meetings, massages/bodywork or mentoring/coaching sessions.

The Loft is the top floor of the Riverside and is open for embodiment practices such as yoga, stretching, meditation and movement practice. It can also be rented for workshops and classes.

The Roof Deck comes with epic views of the Flatirons. This is the perfect place for sun bathing and relaxing when you need some fresh air.

The Kitchen is home to the Chef’s Collective and the Riverside Meal Program. It is built for demonstrations and classes and will be used for catering events.

The Urban Farm Stand & Corner Market is our public-facing market and regenerative hub. We carry everything needed to live and eat healthy, from seeds, to starts, to garden box packages.

The Light Room is our lowest level playground that is currently under construction to be opened late 2020/early 2021. It also contains The Library.

The Dojo serves as ONE|Boulder's Coordination Base and is home to OneCorps Admin. Stewards use this space for focused meetings on Domains and Game Design. It is off-limits unless you receive special permission, often for your support and/or unique skillset.
