Custom Agreement Process

Bringing Clarity, Integrity, and Accessibility to Agreements

Everything within ONE|Boulder and it's Domains is designed to generate abundance and support the development of a balanced relationship between giving and receiving. We honor all value systems here (financial, social, life force energy) and also choose to not bypass or mix them. You can find out more about our design thinking here.

For this reason, every agreement is held on its own and balance should be found within each agreement. Everything has a first ask, "Buy it Now" price (always with the option to contribute more) as well as the option to request a custom agreement.

Currently, custom agreements are available for Monthly Memberships and Room Rentals at ONE|Riverside. During these sessions we take a variety of factors into account and find an agreement that feels balanced across all buckets (money, points, and the value of the content and rating of your facilitation). Rather than mixing buckets, we find a FULL YES in each, and then see if we've reached a cumulative FULL YES for the agreement. If not, we sense in for what wants to be adjusted.
