The Urban Farm Stand operates as a multi stakeholder Co-Operative.

Collective members (Producers)

• $250/mo rent space for displays (available in quarterly segments)

• Bi-monthy workshops produced with the team at The Stand

• half off Riverside membership?

• 20% referral/brokerage fee The Stand

Stand Members (Buyers)

• This membership is primarily a “sponsorship” of our community, (like public radio)

• $15/mo or

• $120/yr or $70 for Riverside members

  • $50 off for Riverside membership

• 10% off workshops, 10% back in credit at the store, 10% off meal plan/curated local grocery box

  • Or credit in account in proportion percentage of total income received

  • % of total purchases made

  • The % of net owned by buyer’s coop, dividend commensurate with % of total purchases made goes up

  • The % of net distributed to buyers class members increases with the percentage of total purchases made by each member
